EL CCL
El CCL institucionaliza la Participación Cuidadana en la gestión y desarrollo local del distrito en el nuevo marco de la reforma descentralista.
La nueva ley Orgánica de Municipalidades Nº 27972 dispone la constitución de los Consejos de Coordinación. |
Lo integran:
- El Alcalde
- Los trece (13) regidores
- Catorce (14) miembros de la sociedad civil
Qué hace el CCL ?
- Coordinar y Concertar el Plan de Desarrollo Municipal Distrital Concertado y el Presupuesto Participativo
- Proponer la elaboración de proyectos de inversión y de servicios públicos locales
- Proponer convenios de cooperación distrital para la prestación de servicios públicos
- Promover la formación de fondos de inversión, como estimulo a la inversión privada en apoyo del desarrollo económico local sostenible y equitativo.
- Otras que le encargue o solicite el Consejo Municipal distrial
